Hoi An is well-known for its local foods that are enjoyed by tourists from all over the world. These unique cuisines are considered a symbol of the local culture and are sold in every street of the town. We will ride to a local restaurant to try Cao Lau, a famous Hoi An specialty dish. Then, we will continue our bike ride through the scenic countryside to Tra Que Village, where we will learn how to make special "white rose" dumpling cakes with a local family and taste our delicious creations. After that, we will ride to Cam Nam to enjoy the Yin and Yang food, such as Banh Dap ("cracked or smashed rice pancake") and Che Bap ("corn and coconut sweet soup"). In the afternoon, we will visit the My Son Sanctuary, a must-see experience that should not be missed. This sanctuary is located in the heart of a beautiful valley and surrounded by high mountain ranges. It was named a Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999. We will wander around the lost Champa Kingdom that dates back to the 3rd century, explore the temples and learn about the fascinating history behind this sanctuary of Hinduism. Overnight in Hoi An.

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Da Nang airport for a short flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide who will take you to the hotel. After lunch, embark on a city tour to explore the highlights of Ha Noi. With its beautiful colonial buildings, serene lakes, and tree-lined boulevards, Ha Noi is a city full of charm and history. Begin your tour by visiting the Temple of Literature, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, the oldest imperial school in Vietnam founded in 1070. The complex was built to honor Confucius and other scholars and is considered one of the finest examples of traditional Vietnamese architecture. Next, take a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple, also known as the Jade Mountain Temple.
