<span> Day 2 </span>Grand Palace - City & Temples - Canals Tour (Lunch)

After breakfast, we commence our tour with a visit to the Royal Grand Palace, an esteemed venue for Thai Royal Family ceremonies. Within the same compound lies the awe-inspiring Wat Phra Kaew, renowned for its Emerald Buddha Image. Following this captivating visit, we proceed to Wat Pho, home to the majestic Reclining Buddha. Once settled in Chiang Mai, meet your tour guide and proceed to visit Doi Suthep Temple, one of the holiest temples in the region - Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. After a short 10-minute ride, we'll reach the first village where we'll transfer to traditional riverboats. These smaller boats are equipped with life jackets and toilets for your safety and comfort, operated by experienced local drivers. Along the way, we'll have the opportunity to stop and capture photos of the lotus flowers, which hold deep significance in Buddhism. Cruising through the floating village, we'll witness the everyday lives of Cambodians. The mesmerizing scenery, including flooded forests, fishermen, markets, schools, spirit houses, and cheerful children, will immerse you in the local culture. We'll also make a fascinating visit to the floating fish farm. As we conclude the village cruise, our boat will briefly enter the Great Lake before docking on Tonle Sap Lake.
